It provides excellent anticorrosion properties and good resistance to high and low temperatures (see tables a and b-e). Application Klüberfluid DHL 2-2200 was developed for sintered metal plain bearings. As compared to conventional oils for such bearings it has advantages in applications in fan motors, small gears, domestic appliances, electric motors, audio/ video equipment, etc. Application notes Klüberfluid DHL 2-2200 is applied in an immersion process similar to that of other Klüber impregnating fluids, such as ISOFLEX PDB 38 CX 2000. Additional lubrication with MIKROZELLA GD 2-68 will extend the service life of Klüberfluid DHL 2-2200 considerably as compared to conventional relubrication systems (e.g. felts). Storage The storage period is approx. 1 year if the product is stored carefully in the original closed container in a dry place.
